Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours-notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for an e-transfer at time of booking that will be applied to your service if you do not cancel or forget your appointment within the 48-hour window. - Less than 48-hour notice will result you forfeiting your e-transferred deposit. 

“NO SHOWS” will result in you forfeiting your e-transferred deposit.

Appointments made within the 72-hour period and need to cancel; the policy still applies and will result in you forfeiting your e-transferred deposit. 

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Beauty Is Hair Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION EMAILS

As a courtesy, we will EMAIL you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date (always check your junk box and reset your email to accept us). Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

CLIENTS RECEIVE DISCOUNTS WHEN SALON CANCELS

Beauty Is Hair Salon stands by our policies, we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients, if in any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than 48 hours of the appointment scheduled; we will return your deposit. But, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, etc.… that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we would gladly reschedule your appointment. 

DEPOSIT

The deposit that we require to secure your appointment with your stylist will be a percentage of the estimated cost of your service. Haircuts appts require a $25 deposit, Colours vary in length of time and product, will require $50-$100. All deposits will go toward your service.

RESCHEUDLING

If your appointment is rescheduled within the 48-hour time period, whether by you or your stylist, your deposit will go towards your new scheduled appointment.
